आधार "कार्ड " ( !) आणि त्याची सक्ती आहे की नाही या विषयावर रोज नवीन नवीन बातम्या येत आहेत. केंद्र सरकारने   मध्ये वेळो वेळी "आधार नोंदणी सक्तीची नाही आणि कुठलेही सरकारी लाभ/सुविधा केवळ आधार क्रमांक ( मी मुद्दाम "क्रमांक" असा शब्द वापरत आहे ) नाही म्हणून नाकारता   येणार नाहीत " असे स्पष्ट करून सुद्धा अजून    गोंधळ कायम आहे . महाराष्ट्रात तर " सुविधा नको पण आधार सक्ती आवर " अशी वेळ आली आहे . आधार कार्ड   एजन्सी साठी कंत्राट घेताना विविध कंपन्यान्नी आधार नोंदणी केंद्र स्थापन करून कार्ड साठी माहिती जमा करताना   होणारा खर्च आणि प्रत्येक क्रमांकाची माहिती   UIDAI   कडे जमा करून मिळणारा मोबदला यातून होणारा नफा यांचा ताळमेळ बिघडू नये म्हणून एकीकडे आधार ची सक्ती नाही सांगायचे पण दुसरी कडे विविध योजनांचे लाभ   देताना आधार कार्ड मागायचे असा सरकारचा दुटप्पी पणा दिसतो. आधार सक्ती केली नाही तर लोक नोंदणी करणार नाहीत आणि मग या कम्पन्या ना   फायदा झाला नाही तर निवडणुकीला पैसा त्या देणार नाहीत असा एकंदर हिशेब असावा .     आज कुठल्याही सरक...

Here is another stupid "sarkari" issue which one of the friend faced at Indian Embassy in US when he applied for his passport renewal.His old passport has Vasai address which was in Thane district and since 1st August 2014 ,a new district "Palghar " was carved out from Thane and Vasai was included in this new district. Now for new passport when he gave the district name as "Palghar",the Embassy rejected his application saying that all his address proofs have district noted as "Thane" .So they can't give passport with "Palghar " as district ! Is it our fault if government creates new district and doesn't notify Ministry Of External Affairs ?So now I emailed him the original Maharashtra State Gazette Notification which created Palghar District. Date : 02/06/2014 Dear MIAL Team I used your new Mumbai International Airport Terminal T2 last week when I traveled on business to US and I am not very impressed .A "world class" airport terminal is not only one which is big and artistic but it should also have basic facilities and some strong processes for ensuring passenger comfort and convenience.What you essentially did is just to do cosmetic changes with new building and new fascia but the issues of operational in efficiencies are plenty ! 1. आमची उन्हाळ्याची सुट्टी ! आज ट्रेन मध्ये दोस्तान बरोबर गप्पा मारताना आमच्या लहानपणी ची उन्हाळ्याची सुट्टी आणि सध्याची मुले आपली सुट्टी कशी घालवतात याचा विषय निघाला होता .आणि गप्पा मारता मारता मन २०-२५ वर्षे मागे गेले ! सुट्टी लागताच पहिला कार्यक्रम व्हायचा म्हणजे चिमाजी अप्पा ग्राउंड समोर च्या गाडी वरचा बर्फाचा गोळा आणि लिंबू सरबत ! सागर पाटील आमचा लीडर .त्यात सुद्धा गोळ्या वरचा रंग सुर्र सुर्र करून पिऊन “भैय्या और कलर डालो “ असे म्हणून पैसा वसूल करणे हे तर नित्याचेच ! १ रुपया मध्ये गोळा ,५० पैसे संजू चा वडा पाव आणि १ रुपया मध्ये लिंबू सरबत ! आज हे सगळे खरे वाटत नाही ! त्या नंतर बेत ठरायचा तो रोज सकाळी ७ वाजता उठून सुरुच्या बागेत समुद्र किनार्यावर क्रिकेट खेळण्याचा . त्या वेळी समुद्रा वर जायला रस्ता नव्हता ..मध्ये चिखला च्या खोच्या होत्या पण सगळी पोरे मस्त चिखलात बरबटून जायची आणि क्रिकेट खेळायची .अभिजित राव ,सचिन खांडेकर ,संकेत पाटील ,शंतनू ,नानू ,अक्षय ,आदित्य सामंत ही लोकल ग्यांग समुद्र क्रिकेट मेम्बर्स !क्रिकेट खेळून दमले की मस्त वाळू मध्ये आडवे पडून गप्पा...
